Global Warning

We're happy to present episode 1 of our Global Warning series – about the effects of climate change told through water and its cycle.

In this episode Carlo Pizzati, writer and journalist, meets his friend, the mountaineer Franco Perlotto, keeper of the Boccalatte Refuge on Mont Blanc.

The episode was shot a few days before the Planpincieux glacier was declared dangerous and made inaccessible. What you see are the last images that could be filmed from this stunning place!

Even though now, with winter here, the risk is not imminent, we want to keep attention high on these phenomena, especially given what is being discussed these days at #cop25.
